1. Take Terwilliger Blvd Exit 297 towards Terwilliger Blvd
2. Stay left at the fork and follow signs to Bertha Blvd/OR-10/Beaverton (straight across Barbur, Fred Meyer will be on your left)
3. Take a left on SW Vermont (0.3 mi)
4. Take a right on SW Capitol Highway (190 ft)

The clinic is located at 6610 SW Capitol Highway on the right hand side of the street. There is parking in the lot to the right of the building or on the street.
